About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California (PSY32295), specializing in adult individual, couple, and group therapy. I am currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, where I work as a health psychologist in the Neuropsychiatry Clinic, seeing patients dealing with chronic and acute neurological conditions.

I also have extensive experience working with other medically ill populations as a psychologist embedded within oncology, cardiology, internal medicine, and GI departments.

My professional journey is dedicated to the exploration and clinical acknowledgement of the mind-body connection; aiming to harmonize peoples’ physical and mental well-being, subsequently optimizing both. While I do not solely work with medically ill populations, I do bring this foundational perspective to all individuals that I work with.  The mind IS the body!

My Services

I practice from a psychodynamic and mindfulness-oriented lens.  I find it important to gain a multi-dimensional view of where you come from and how you learned to be in the world.  It is my hope for you to gain increased awareness of your needs, automatic ways of reacting, and how to trust or re-connect with your innate ability to know what you need.  I am relational and open to co-creating our therapy environment to fit your unique mixture of qualities, concerns, and values.
